Whilst Luana came across as reasonably friendly, fairly quiet and business like, all the way through she never gave me the impression that she was anything more than a willing participant, she didn't appear to be dialled into the booking at all.
If I were to hazard a guess, she seemed to be reliant upon her looks to get her by, rather than having the right attitude and skill set, as these last two aspects in particular I thought were very poor.
