Did you get the impression pre-booking was necessary? I usually prefer to just walk-in.

I pre booked as didn't want to be disappointed or left pressing a bell to enter the shop, due to its public entrance. That said it didn't seem busy so I guess walk in would be accommodated.

£30 was negotiated, started at £40, hardly tough haggling from me but always nice to feel you are getting a good offer.

There`s no easy way to say this, so I will just cut to the chase,   arrived at my appointment time, reasonable pretty girl sitting at the desk, I asked if she was Annie, yes she replied, I was quite happy with that,  I paid for an hour £45,
