Philippines but not Manila?

As we all know, Manila is a hot bed of WG's. Or Angeles City that I've yet to visit. But what about other parts of the Philippines? My missus comes from Elocos Sur, up in the north. Nearest town being Candon. Been there four times now, and yet to encounter a WG?
Something that just wouldn't happen in her barrio village not too far away. But with Candon being the size it is, and now with a new beach resort, perhaps some might venture there? Although must say the area of Elocos Sur is not on the tourist map. And with tourist in Manila being the main source of income, doubt if I'll see any on my next visit to Candon? Unless I can persuade one the massage girls or beach resort workers to let me fuck them??

Hahaha .. very funny. Two cardinal rules of living in the Philippines is 1) Never shit on your own doorstep as the jungle telegraph is extraordinary efficient. The OH will know all about it before you've got your pants back on. And 2) Never lend anything to a Filipino that you hope to see again.

Any town/city with a university should be your target. That, or a place popular with uni-aged visitors and young professionals.

Baguio, Dumaguete and Bacolod all come to mind.

I’m thinking of visiting Baguio in the north early next year (uni city), and spending some time in La Union (recommended by my SA contact) before moving on to the islands of Palawan.

I should also add you use dating apps around those areas (tinder, tagged, DIA, PinaLove, MeetMe and of course SA).

I mention Davao as it was a place I had oodles of fun in an otherwise very plain city. This was as others have mentioned a University City and where there are hundreds, maybe even thousands of student girls, untouched by the hoards of tourists in the usual south east Asian tourist traps, there is still the fascination for a western guy and with the concept of Apps, the chances of the girls meeting their 'dream western guy' are massively enhanced.

Cebu was another place I stayed with a big student population, however I was holidaying with a girl when visiting here, and the consequence was I didn't get to meet any of the more than curious locals.
