Rang her first thing to book a lunch time appointment, English very poor, was asked several times what time and when, eventually she agreed a time and said come on over to Farnborough. She said ring me when you arrive and I’ll provide the postcode. I drive over and ring for the address but she has forgotten all about the booking (made 2 hrs earlier) and asks again to come over. As I was calling whilst driving, I lost signal and ring again, she now thinks I’m a wind up call. The poor English is getting her frustrated and she gets more and more wound up, but TBH she wasn’t all there either. Anyway, she becomes more impatient/abrupt to the point where I’m thinking this is a waste of time, she can’t hold a conversation and is starting to swear. Fuck this, I hang up and turn round whilst the phone is going mad with vile sms messages, phew that was a close call, slightly unhinged or on drugs who knows.
