Move on to suck her tits, but she turned body away after two seconds and says it’s too ticklish, so I lost interest and move to RO, and turn out u can’t suck or touch her pussy with lips, only licking with tongue because it hurts, so am like wtf, how can u take fisting but not RO? And she goes the website clearly don’t know a what likes, so my 15 minutes wasted. Thinking should walk or not but Ive paid for my fee and not gonna it, got she to give OWO and she complains it’s tiring and don’t like it. Your booking/agreement was with Diva based on their own website and all contact was initially through them.  In my view, reading the above, they have heavily misrepresented the services on offer and need to be held to account.

Sorry to hear it was such a bad meet, on the flip side though, it is refreshing to hear a negative aimed at Diva for a change and to see the lame-ass cut'n'paste reply from them when you complained.  Just shows that they are not to be trusted and avoided, despite what others may post in terms of positive reviews.

I saw this girl through Admiral (as Portia) and had a similar experience but couple of things from me.

Her service was pretty rubbish although she was friendly and she did try but I got the sense she was very inexperienced. I've had far worse service.  There was kissing but only the tiniest bit of FK. Like I say I booked her through Admiral but her performance would have been just as shit through any agency. The bad back she complained about from multiple rear endings would've still been the same whoever I'd phoned. I presume she's on a variety of sites.

When I've complained to Diva myself in the past (see Kotta comment in other thread) I got the identical same text brushing me off. They clearly have a load of standard messages to send out when this or other stuff happens. To be fair, a lot of agencies wouldn't even bother doing that. Annoying as it is in my opinion you have to blame the girl rather than the agency in these situations. If you saw an awful girl through AW you'd blame the SP, not Sergei wherever he may be. At the end of the day the agency is just the middle man and they cant exactly control what the girl does or doesn't do.

Sure, the list of services on these sites is BS (as are a load of their fabricated reviews). Surely everyone knows that. 9 times out of 10 you can agree with the SP in the first 5 mins or walk and that usually means you get what you want, although in this case it didnt quite work out.

They have a disclaimer on every page stating they cannot promise or guarantee any services listed.  It's precisely this attitude that means I don't use these EE (Romanian/Bulgarian/Moldovan) agencies any more.  For £30-50 more per hr they are delivering less service than a £100-120 indie.

OP, sorry you persisted with such a shit punt you really should have bailed as soon as she lied about services and then wouldn't kiss.  Always best to get a kiss in before you head to shower as these scammers will try to charge you for showering if you then bail.  If the girl doesn't enter willingly into an embrace and snog to warm things up (provided you're clean and fresh-breathed) then you're probably onto a dud, in which case call agency straight away and demand money back because she's not willing to provide services she promised.  DON'T be talked into staying because she suddenly changes her mind again, JUST LEAVE!

Sorry to hear of your experience OP.

I think both agency and girl are culpable here, and are to be avoided in the future. Fobbing off clients with that email is just piss-poor customer service and lazy. A good agency would accept some responsibility and would look to make amends. Unless their business starts being impacted (clients not using them and telling them why), then there will be no changes.

Yet you are still using them? Unless their regular/good clients tell them it's unacceptable and they are withholding future business with them, then nothing will change. Or did Diva make some recompense to ensure you continued to patronize them?
