I've found quite a few occasions when I've tried to log in to UKP, that I can't connect because apparently my ISP has a record of abuse from trolls....
This has happened when connecting from hotels, it's the case if I connect from work (it's ok.. I'm the boss!), and sometimes from airbnbs. It's a bit of a bore... do such bans at an ISP level really make a difference to the amount of trolling on the site?
Is there a way to add some additional check, such as number of posts / number of reviews plus ISP, so genuine users aren't inconveniened, but actual arseholes are locked out?
Or is it just a case of putting up with it? (it being the ISP blocks, not the trolls!)
