i am going to go against the grain of advise so far....

so basically get yourself checked in 1 or 2 weeks at a free clinic...nothing to worry about but the reason is just so you can get a baseline of where you are at right this moment. you wont like this next part but to be completely sure of the test you want to avoid anything risky....ideally dont punt in the next 2 weeks (now that i have said that you will end up ppunting daily lol) but in reality just anything that brings undue risk  above a protected fuck i would personally avoid right up until the baseline test

after the baseline test in 2 or 3 months get another one (the antibodies of anything messed up would be present if something were wrong)....then your done
