Diana of Blair Street Sauna ( BSS ) , at 30 Blair St, Edinburgh EH1 1QR ( tel 0131 226 2114 )
I decided to visit BSS again , as I was aware that Diana was back from her 5 week holiday , due to research , and I wanted to pick her due to advice from a fellow member
Forever Changes ( and Heidi of BSS recommended her to me )
Before , I start the review , one piece of advice , would be for a UK Punting Member to
pre-book a particular girl in advance - as other guys turned up when I visited
in the Evening - and they were dismayed that the popular girls like Diana and Vivienne were fully booked for a few hours , for that shift , so they would have a big wait .
Logistics
I came out of the Southern Exit of Waverley Railway Station , Edinburgh onto Market Street , and then turned left and walked a few yards across the street - to go up the ' Scotsman Steps ' -
which are a bit of a climb , but it allows me to quickly enter North Bridge Street - anyway I turned right at the top - and walked southwards along North Bridge , crossing the Royal Mile ,
then turning right into Hunter Square - following the corner round to quickly enter Blair Street , walking half down the hill before turning left to enter BSS .
Blair Street Sauna is well run and modern . I personally would rate it as the equal to Newtown Sauna in Edinburgh .
Note - the Lounge is pretty small , so if there are a few girls and a few guys there , space is very limited to sit down .
I paid my £ 30 entrance fee for the hour and was given my locker key and towel - I got changed and showered before visiting the lounge .
I chatted in the Lounge - with 2 ladies with no custom - Shia ( Scottish , Tall and Good Looking , Black Hair , lots of tattoos )
and a Bulgarian Girl called Yvette ( Light Brown Curly Hair, Short Stature and fairly good looking ) .
I also got a chance to look at , and chat later with the legendary Vivienne , who is a short but good looking Blonde Lady .
I chatted with the 3 ladies and killed the time while I waited for my choice to be available .
Finally , Diana appeared , I would describe her as a fairly pretty girl with Dyed Blonde Hair ( she has black hair growing at the roots ) .
Looks -
Fairly Good Looking ( to me - she is not a stunner - but that's just my personal opinion ) , medium height ( maybe 5 feet 9 or 8 inches ) and early 30's with long legs .
She also has blue eyes and a nice arse. She has surgically enhanced medium sized breasts . ( they do look natural and nice , rather than the ' mound ' type - you often see )
She is pleasant to talk with - and she has a small chain type tattoo , at her lower back .
I went downstairs with her to the VIP Suite , and had an okay session with kissing , Oral Given at the Y , OWO , followed by Missionary then Doggy Style .
The reason for the neutral , is that is all felt '
by the numbers ' and just lack-lustre , it was not that sensual , or that great a punt .
She also tried to time-waste at the start with questions and small talk - so I had to guide her - and request no massage and just get the show on the road .
I think she was trying to save her energy , for the rest of her shift ? - but I draw your attention to this tactic ( I think she would have chatted for ten minutes if I had let her )
I frankly wondered why people rave about Diana . She was nice looking okay , but not Gorgeous or Film Star Looks ( but that's my opinion ) .
Maybe I have spoiled by some fantastic punts lately , but that's my opinion today ( right or wrong ) , I have had much better .
I was also annoyed she had to fetch ( and be gone a while ) the air conditioning remote control , for the room ( it gets hot in there - trust me on this point )
I was very glad I had the bottle of water , with me in the room , as I was sweating a bit , BSS need to think about getting new air conditioning units
for the rooms as I am certain the existing one have reached the end of their lives , as they were not that great in making a difference , frankly .
I can also state that the Girl is not Finnish as she claims as I asked her about the Finnish Film TALVISOTA - and she had not a clue .
( I spelt it out for her - as well ) - for the record , the Finnish name means WINTER WAR and is also the name of the 1989 Film about the Russo-Finnish War in 1939 .
A genuine Finland Girl would have known this word , straight away , so I am certain she is Estonian , I also thought she had Slavic features .
But that's really irrelevant , the fact was it was a neutral punt .
I got showered at the end and went to the locker room and got dressed and had a coffee , then went out .
Overall BSS - very busy , well run and has nice ladies , but a small , cramped lounge .
For the record , the hour cost £ 70 .
In conclusion , actually a disappointment , I thought it would be better , maybe it was my mood or something , maybe I expected far more
but the experience was not that great and certainly not sexy or sensual - it was just okay -
I would
not go back to Diana , even if someone paid me the session money - and actually I would not recommend her to anyone .
I think she is resting on her laurels - but that's just my personal opinion .
The Sex was okay , but nothing to write home about .
So in closing , for me , the title at the end of the review - I Wonder Why - sums it up ,
I wonder why I bothered …
a neutral review , but this is my own genuine opinion .
