This was an itch that needed scratching as I was very attracted to her profile pics.

It's a fairly common turn of phrase. Also, the guy has 53 reviews! Of course, that's not an absolute guarantee of reliability but based on my experiences with girls he's reviewed and commented on  (including some with no other prior info on here) - he's definitely reliable. Besides, this is hardly a glowing positive - it definitely seems like a fair and balanced review.
