Communication was fine through Adultwork. No problems or issues although this does slow the whole appointment booking process down. When the booking had been confirmed I was given her mobile number and postcode and asked to give her a text when i arrived in the area. House number and directions given after that.

I can confirm. Texted her 6 weeks or so and got a response saying she was in hospital. Sincerely hope she is ok and able to 'get back on the bike' soon.
