There's certainly been at least one report of FS being offered but I suspect it's rare. I don't think it would be easy to hide it was going on if you were in the two rooms upstairs but maybe in the downstairs one would be possible (I've not been in that room). Whether or not oral is offered also depends on which girl you see but it's hardly a secret as she'll either offer it or not when you ask if any other extras are available. Personally I find the additional cost goes over my personal 'worth it' boundary.
