Location - Close to Redbridge station... Flats, she on a ground floor. Would say discreet, not a place where people walk around, but it's a terraced flats building, so there's a lot of windows, if there's a nosy neighbour who spends a lot of time on the window, he will definitely spot and suspect the weirdo walking back and forth in front of the building... Place is clean, room is spacious, it's well lit and she was all alone in the house.
