Always feel that extras should be clearly stated on their profile. 

I know punters should confirm services first but it is easy enough for wgs to be clear and unambiguous in their profiles.  I've seen girls charge anywhere form £20 to £50 extra for anal and at £150 per hour this could add a significant amount more.  When I know can get anal for £100, spending [potentially] £200 for the same is a rip off.
