I am a bit of a geek  ... 
so I take into account the marks for Personality, Attitude Looks and Service compared to the hourly rate
Value Number =SUM(Personality, Attitude Looks and Service)^3/hourly rate

I then get a number and I rank the escorts giving the best mark 10 and the worst 5
=Value Number/MAX(all Value Numbers)*5+5

So Value Number is the Sum of the 4 attributes (each marked out of 10).  To this resulting number you apply the Power of 3 (or cube the number) and then divide by the hourly rate?
