In day to day life HR stands for Human Resources, what used to be known as the Personnel Department.

In answer to LLPunting's last question I believe they have a sister shop under the same ownership with the same name in Barking or thereabouts. Haven't been to either. I passed Rom Yen Spa the other day in the car and I think they may now have a new name above the shop. Will report back when I pass it again with details of that name. About a year ago I heard that one of the girls in the Malden Road shop had previously worked in a Soho walkup (not even a massage place), but I'm not sure how true that is. If it is, it is an indication that they are set up "to play".
