When i saw Tara, she was so late arriving, i had actually got dressed and ready to leave. A girl ran after me to persuade me to stay. I assumed the lost time would be added on at the end. Wrong, Tara actually had another customer that still involved her stopping before the end of my ORIGINAL hour time. On the way out I complained to the reception that I had only had less than 40 minutes, but had paid for an hour. They offered a refund of £5, which they said was the difference in cost between booking an hour or 30/45 minutes. I insisted this was not reasonable since i had not booked a massage for 45 minutes, and had travelled across London for an hour's massage. I wanted a refund pro rata of my original payment ....for all the time i had not had.
They wouldn't budge. So...be prepared for this when going there.
