well Sue Lee has been well reviewed on this forum, but i thought i'd do my bit... and maybe add some detail(s) that i've not seen on any of the other reviews i've come across.

Location: Off of Warham Rd about 5-10 mins walk from South Croydon train station. It's in a small block of ex council flats... top flat.
