External Link/Members OnlyI booked her this week (January 2018) by text, texting in the morning asking for an afternoon appointment in the same day. She accepted. But then never gave me an address! I tried to call her and text her a couple of times, then gave up. She then sent me a text almost 3 hours after the agreed time, saying "Sorry, hon, I have only started now". Ehm, that's not what she texted earlier!! What an infuriating waste of time! I understand that stuff happens and wouldn't be mad has she had at least the courtesy to cancel with a bit of notice, but this behaviour is unacceptable.
