Comms – Good; called and agreed for a short while later. Text with postcode arrived quickly after call. Got to the location, and called, given directions to house, clear instructions to go through back gate rather than front door.
Location – Housing estate a few minutes drive from the “new town” centre, not the most salubrious of locations, but alright for Stevenage. Plenty of free parking.
