Thought I would try whilst in town one day needed three phone calls to answer. Got appointment for half hour later arrived punctually and rang doorbell three times no answer. Then discovered they were actually next door when phoned them back and they unlocked shop door from inside. Was asked to remove shoes then the receptionist tried to charge me £30 whereas it said on door £25 and she tried to claim it was misprint on door n website. We finally settled on £25 was led a room n told to undress and a girl would be in soon. After getting undressed receptionist walked in as she was masseuse was in her forties wearing a polo shirt and glasses. Massage wasn't great so took no extras
