Apology? Lowlifes that waste your time like that don't give a fuck.
In this case you're probably right. But previous SPs have said sorry. Double-booking will alway happen because 50 per cent of guys who make arrangments don't show up. If you're the one that gets bumped the girl just needs to level with you, apologise ("sorry, I messed up my bookings" is the usual euphemism), and give you some alternatives or a discount on another date. Those that don't do this are not necessarily evil scumbags — they just lack the intelligence to see that it's the best way out of the problem
in their own interests.
Next time, turn back immediately once it doesn't feel right.
I had to go past her supposed location to get to work anyway. And she did sound good on the phone — one of those voices where you think, yeah, this will be OK.
The profile looks a bit dodgy because it didn't have any recent feedback before yours for almost 3 months.
Actually, it's a year and three months, which is even dodgier. I made the same miscalculation when I first looked up her profile. I can't see that it's a PG scam because she's paying to display a phone number and the green "Available Today" light. The pics look far too good to be true for the price, I accept, but a reverse image search brings up nothing but her own ad with the same wording (and one extra pic) on Backpage:
