It's been mentioned quite a few times, the best ones keep the rates the same as with the agency and are happy with the commission saved, the greedy twats want nearly double.

Agreed. I sometimes think that the girls on AW are more aggressive in trying to part us from our cash. Bit like a double glazing salesperson. Girls that stick with a decent agency are happy with a lower but steady income. My sentiments exactly, pure greed wanting £40 more than agency earnings on an hour as an indi. As it's illegal for agencies to provide flats she must have her own so her outgoings have to be the same no excuse to charge more really.
