Looks promising but nothing here and minimal on AW

Is located in a house in a very residential area off Oldham Road in Balderstone, area of Rochdale I don't know the area but it looks quite (ex) council estate? will be passing by the M62 next week and she caught my eye. Very fast responses to emails so far and seems to offer OWO FK etc

Sounds like Kirkholt which doesn't enjoy the best reputation but it has been a while since I was up that way...
