She offered good looks and service when she first arrived but has been around for about 4 years and appeared to have really let her self go.  Last time I saw her she had put on at least 10 kg's, stopped making any effort with her appearance (scrapped back hair and too much foundation) and her service was poor.  The photo is now wholly misleading - I cannot imagine what is in her private gallery although she was trying to live off it at one point so I would guess all the photos are years old,.  In this way she was overcharging by 25%.  I downgraded my previous positive to a generous neutral.
