Right, I rarely ever use agencies because I am always left disappointed. Today was probably the worst yet.

Shocking. Did you tell the agency how poor she was? The better ones may offer money off your next booking and might even remove her from their books. The more bad feedback they receive about a girl the less likely they are to recommend her so eventually the poor ones will get no bookings and have to leave. In theory anyway

Yep, i reported her to the agency. They only offered an apology and stated next time ask for recommendations. They are not in control once a booking is made.
