My most expensive punt to date, by a margin, but worth every penny - a huge positive from me
Booked in the morning for a mid day appointment - answered her own phone and decent enough English.
I was travelling through Gatwick so no issues with expensive parking for me - she was staying at the Hilton next to the south terminal
