After a failed attempt a few weeks ago I decided to have another go at visiting Organic Remedies at Baker Street Station.

As this was a last minute decision I didn't call in advance and just turned up a bit before 5:30pm. Quick as of "is anyone available" and told yes and escorted down to the smallest room, after removing my shirt there was a knock on the door and Tina introduced herself in the least Massage outfit I have seen, a halter neck top and short cutoff denim shorts (so you can see the pockets out the bottom of the material) so even without the guidence here there is little doubt that extras will be offered. But she was actually there to ask if I wanted to move to a bigger room, so maybe someone had just left. I had asked for an hour session (£45) so the first period was a reasonable massage she it not going to win any awards but I have had worse. Is it the case that extras are cheaper for a 30 min booking over a 60 min one ? By which I mean £40 for B2B in 30 min session, but £50 in one hour. Apart from Lily, who accepted £40, all the other girls I've seen there wouldn't go below £50 for B2B in a one hour session. Just wondering.

Tina is Chinese but speaks good English, She has had a child but is small and slim, with nice round breasts and she was dressed more for a night out in a pub on the pull rather than a massage parlour. I saw her on a Monday but not sure what other days she works.

Have to say my experience with her was similar to yours but have to disagree on her tits. They were soft until you touched and then you could feel what a botched tit job she'd had. One of her tits actually looked square at one point. Some may not care but it meant I'd never return so worth pointing out to those who do care

Went back yesterday and was offered Tina again, this time I got a better squeeze of her tits and felt the implants, they looked ok.

This time was a £40 for 45 mins, with again £60 for OWO and a bit of B2B. her B2B technique is nowhere near as good as Tara's (see other review) and I noticed this time how far she kept herself limiting any fingering.

Still a neutral but unlikely to go with Tina again, will walk if she is the only offer.
