Please guys give me some advice on who to see for my first time punt in Newham

Get onto Adultwork and do your research on there. Use the filters to narrow down on what sort of girl you're looking for.
A word of advice: if you live/work in Newham, punting there might not be the best idea. If it's very nearby, I would look elsewhere for sure. Don't shit on your own doorstep.
