Parties in and close to London and why mostly on a Thursday?

A lot of parties seem to be run on Thursdays i.e

I was just wondering why? Surely this creates competition? I'm looking to lose my party cherry (hopefuly at one with Lu Elissa or Adreena Winters).
Finally has anyone tried Paige Fox's "party" in Plumstead External Link/Members Only I've searched for reviews but can't find any and I am curious about the actual details. Thanks for reading and for any help. Good day and happy punting.

Yeah really annoying isn't..! Thursday is the hardest day of the week for me where I can mysteriously go AWOL for a few hours daytime or evening. I guess Phoenix is okay running 6 times a week, but sometimes you'll want to mix things up a bit.

Maybe Thursday is the gangbanger's new Friday, where we can still do the Friday night 'regular' stuff then spend the weekend with the family?

I used to work in the pub trade and after Fridays and Saturdays Thursday was the next busiest day of the week. Most venues that hire their facilities on the weekends jack up the hire prices and/or have other more profitable bookings so presumably Thursday is the weekday that gives the party organiser the best value for money. Here are a few non Thursday parties I know about
Monday -  Paradise Health Spa in Dagenham (External Link/Members Only)
Monday -  Bi Fun Club in Sutton (External Link/Members Only)
Wednesday -  LAPC in Dagenham (External Link/Members Only)

As well as these, External Link/Members Only hold evening  parties on  Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as Thursdays.

Why are Thursdays popular?All I can suggest is  that it is almost the end of the week and some guys like me find it easier to have an excuse to be out late on a Thursday rather than a Friday, like last night when I got home very late after a party. However next Friday I hope to be partying late afternoon early evening.

I find Thursdays tricky too, so it is disappointing that a lot of the action happens then.
