I think the flats open around midday and some stay open until late. Some flats operate two shifts and these are the ones that open to the wee hours.

berwick street is open around midday to about 8pm half 8 these days... if you want to see elaine outside of those times eg late night... you could go down to shepherd market and see her there saturdays and sundays.
