Hi first time reviewer long time lurker hope this post works fine booked kacey Clark for 12:15 today in Euston everything was a good once I got there she had turned her phone off and refused to answer any messages complete time waster

Not as bad as the OP but I also tried to book her only to be thwarted. She seems lovely and chatty on the phone. We talked about booking for 2.30 and I also made an online AW booking. However, she didn't answer her phone close to the time. I later checked my AW emails and found out she'd tried to contact me to rearrange for 3, although she didn't answer her phone at that time either. Shame as she sounded nice on the phone. She may have had difficulties it's just I don't understand why she couldn't answer her phone.
