Sort of a lie, I am angry.
I admit I didn't want to believe the recent reviews. I've been visiting Shanghai almost monthly for nearly a year now (I know I haven't reviewed *every* visit but I didn't want to be labelled a 'tout') and I've had some cracking service there (except for two girls early last year. One's idea of B2B was to lay on me with her legs clamped together like a rigour morticed mermaid and the other who stuck her thumbs into the base of my skull so hard I thought I had whiplash for a couple of days) but, by and large my favourite massage joint by far.
Until today.
Stopped in for my usual hour (£45) and it was just... dissappointing.
The lady was easily 40+ but I've been with mature ladies who were really good at what they do, not this time.
The massage itself was mediocre and went on and on and on. When she finally asked me to turn over her english was so bad I ended up agreeing to £55 for what I thought was B2B (I'd usually only pay £40 but the room was really warm and I was pretty drousy at the time) only to find that she was determined it was just topless HE. I swear, she was just going to stand by the table with her dress off (leggings and knickers still on) and jack me off without any kind of warm-up at all!
I tried for a little more but all I got was a feel of her tits.
As I was getting dressed she suddenly got talkative (the massage was pretty much done in silence) which, at that point, was the last thing I wanted. I'd thought hard about trying to get my money back but decided I didn't want to end the day having an argument with a tired old hand-job machine.

Shanghai used to be a really good establishment. Under the previous manager it had character in the decor (cheap character but trying at least) and girls with a lot of enthusiasm for what they did. Now...
I doubt I'll be going back unless Mei Mei miraculously returns.

Haven't decided yet. Might just pick a WG in the area, might go back to Chinese Medicine in Basingstoke (the one outside the centre).

Thanks for review ReggyP & sorry it was so poor.
Re. other places. I have had 2 visits to the Farnbro/N Camp Chinese massage place this year, just 1 girl working each time - its 'ok', worth a visit, but nothing special.
Re. Shanghai massage, there was a 'Thank you' from poster 'Shanghai' to a positive review at end of Feb (post Mei Mei).
So Shanghai, if you are listening, can we please have some more enthusiastic/mature ladies offering F kissing, edging. And you will get lots more business.

I've been to:

the one in north camp - didn't like the vibe much, massage good but she was a little old for my taste - mid-late 40s, perhaps early 50s even.

shanghai - friendly. both times the girls were a bit on the plump side for my tastes

camberley - very fit body, almost complete language barrier which dampened it for me, and the post HE cleanup was exceptionally vigorous to the point of painful on the old chap.

plus aborted attempts at reading blagrave st - didn't fancy the girl on reception
basingstoke out of town - ditto blagrave st.

so i'm wondering if i should give elements a go, go back to camberley for a different masseur or elsewhere I don't know about.

In my experience (re: a few years ago now) Elements is what Shanghai has become.

Yep it's a shame it's gone downhill. I used to nip in when I put my car in for a wash. Now I just have to go have a cup of tea.

i used to be a regular at Elements. Young fit ladies who were pretty decent.

Last 2 visits (some time ago now) were lacklustre and i think i ended up finishing myself off with my eyes closed...whats the point of that. Better with porn at home!

Pity as sometimes you just fancy an hour massage with a tug. Like today!!

I've been playing the £60 WG roulette game of late, many disappointments but found a gem which i'll post about.

Popped in yesterday I thought I'd give this place one last chance. Girl around 40+ not bad body from what I could see. Massage ok had better. Absolutely no CC swipes Which for me is all part of the build up.

Paid £20 for HE she never even took her clothes off had to grope her arse over clothes. HE could have been done by a robot.

Shame Mei Mei is still not running the place the girls where much better.

This place has gone downhill big time.

I definitely won't be going back

Massage was £30 for 30 mins.

Don't bother save your money it has gone right downhill now.

Plenty of independents in the area or there is the Chinese one in Farnborough or Elements though I have no recent intel on these places.

Well they didn't answer the phone looks like I had a lucky escape. Trouble is no window until next Thursday now.
