I was going to see her but I was having problems with transport so had to cancel. I gave her about 40 minutes notice and she got really arsey with me, saying she had to cancel two bookings because she thought I was coming. Whether that's true or just a guilt trip, who knows.

Never had an issue for parking, you can park in front of the house, other side of the street (house only in one side of the street), the area is not the best to walk, but by car it's fine
