Done it a few times in the past over the years. This been happening over 30 years. I got the idea when I was a student sharing with a couple of girls and I found out they weren't paying anything as getting laid by the landlord.

I don't see what the big deal is either if everyone knows what they are getting into....I wouldnt do it myself as I'd be worried about the security of an arrangement like that if I rented plus I don't think the Bank of Scotland would be up for it but as long as everyone is happy it's just the usual 'what goes on between consenting adults' argument for me.

plus depending where in the UK you're renting out your apartment from, (for instance down south) you could potentially be getting around £800 per month which is roughly £200 per week in rent. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd rather get the rent money and see a different prossie every week rather than the same civvy girl (whose renting your place) over and over, plus I have a feeling the civvy girl's attitude and performance is going to be similar to that of a romanian prossie or shes either going to lay there starfish style
