Since Thaibam seems to have gone off the boil I have been frequenting the South Street Chinese 'Natural Healing' massage shop since the New year.
I reckon I have been 4 times and they have gone somewhat downhill
1) This was by far the best exeperience I have had here, the lady is somewhat old but decent looking with a nice body, this was in January sometime. The massage was exceptional and the HR at the end was ridiculously good, plenty of edging, ball play, double handed strokes etc. None of the silly 'OH BABY YOU MAKE ME A COME' and 'OOOOHH AHHHHHH' that you sometimes get. 10/10
2 & 3) These were a different lady, same sort of age but bit of a bad attitude and not as decent looking. Service was average, one time the reception was full of marines and the walls are paper thin, I do like to enjoy the massage as well as the HR so this didn't add to the relaxing atmosphere. The second visit was better with no rowdy crowd in the reception but the HR received was still pretty average for the place, no edging, limited ball play and generally pretty rushed but still pleasant. trip 2 5/10 trip 3 5.5/10
4) After I had left last time the lady said she was going to move to their other shop near Gatwick, so I was thinking maybe I will get the good lady back! Unfortunately not the final trip was a significantly older lady, significantly dumpier and significantly less attractive. I only opted for a half our as I wasn't 100% sold but her appearance. Anyway a decent enoguh massage with again a bit of a rushed HR to finish, no edging, ball play etc 5/10
Each time I have been hoping for the lady in trip 1 as she was phenomenal, truly great and if she could be booked I'd most likely be there every week! The others don't cut the mustard and this place looks set to be shit for the next few months until the next rotation of ladies appears.
Lessons learnt :
1) Avoid the weekeds as this is apparently when all the squadies go
2) Gauge the duration of massage and extras at the desk on arrival based on the lady
