Adultwork account saying email not verified after years of use

After 5+ years of having a functioning adultwork account yesterday evening after using it ok during the day when I tried to login it has the following message "error - the email address for this member is currently un-verified".  The problem I have is I don't even recall the email address I used to set it up and I don't have access to it anymore for sure - as I setup a new one at the time which I don't use and have forgotten email address and password.

Did anyone experience something similar and have any suggestions?  I have £25 of credit as well as my history of positive feedback.

You might need to contact their help pages....

But if you don't have the email address any more and it no longer accepts any messages they when AW try and send an email to your account from their servers (eg to say you have a new message) then it is going to be returned by the mail server as undeliverable.

If you have used that email to verify the account then I suppose the account is no longer verifiable.

Thank you both for the direction. Indeed this was the problem as i had sent a message to a SP yesterday.  Explained to them via the help pages and they solved quite efficiently allowing me to login again and then move to a new email address.

Has happened to me about 5 or 6 times in last couple of months.

Not sure why.

Just get a link sent to my Email address to reset it

Exactly this, I get advised that my email provider isn’t accepting messages from AW (or something along those lines) and I have to verify my email address, they email me a code, I enter the code, L og in again and all continues as before. It’s happened a good 6 or more times recently. Im glad it’s not just me, thanks for confirming Justa

I've had this, lost my old account because of it and my feedback. Which was annoying when you get the ones who only see people with feedback.
