Decided to take a punt based on previous reviews. Entrance is a bit odd as people waiting for a bus sit facing directly at the shop front so I walked further up until a bus came took them away. I didn't like the thought of anyone staring at me as I walked in.
I was met by an average looking Thai lady on reception who was very talkative and tried to persuade me to do a 1 hour booing instead of my 30min appointment but I stuck to 30mins as I hadn't been before and was unsure of the service. Led into the first cubicle, nice ambience but can here the receptionist and the next cubicle. The masseuse was a slightly larger lady not fat and not a looker but ok. I got undressed, a towel was put over my bum and a nice relaxing massage started. The lady was quite talkative and little flirty and when she did the top of my back she leant over my shoulders and rubbed her tits on my head so I thought I'd get the service.  After a while she started on my inner thighs and at this point she said she can rub the bottom bit ie balls but cannot go any further.  Asked her why not as she has started massaging my balls but she was adamant that she isn't allowed do that. I mentioned that a few of "my friends" had visited before and had received a full service but she was adamant .

I told her that I would share info with "my friends" and she simply said that I can tell whomever I like so here we are. Maybe I got the wrong person or the lady was unsure if to proceed. A few others have mentioned that HE was back on the menu but not for me on that day.
The massage was ok although she disappeared for a few minutes during as another punter arrived and when she came back she was shouting something in Thai to one of the others, not ideal. The massage was ok but if you are looking for HE best try somewhere else.

Did you ask for a full service, bacause that means something completely different 

You may have come across as a bit confrontational as well, saying you will sahre info with your friends for not getting a HE could be seen as a mild threat to get her to do it, may be worth being careful with the words used.

Shame you didn't get the service you wanted, I keep meaning to try this place out but it seems far to inconsistent to bother.

I wasn't confrontational in fact quite the opposite. When she started the balls massage I asked her why she would not go any further as my "friends" had told me otherwise. Only at the end of the massage I told her I would let my friends know, she didn't look best pleased but by then nor was I.

I will try  Thai Massage xx next time as she sounds like a looker and offers the service. Her AW profile does not have any reviews which is usually a warning sign for me but others have posted positively about her here.

I think she has no AW Feedback because she takes her bookings by telephone.  She also answers texts pretty promptly.
