Looks like a new EE brothel in Chelmsford as it's not a location I've visited before. It's up the far end of town just off moulsham street. It is right on the main road through Town so lots of passing traffic for those of a nervous disposition

It's quite unlikely this is near Springfield Road as TheBSG's description says Moulsham Street and the two do not roads are not close.
