What is so special about this agency you mention? There seems to be no exclusive women advertised through this agency, all of the ladies can be found through other sister / alternative London agencies too, eg:

The reason why you haven't had a response back from this agency is probably because the owners have given up on it, due to a lack of interest / bookings from clients. There are scores of agencies / sites where the same lady can be found at the same price. Try one of the above agencies, they are more popular than the agency you have mentioned and get reviewed / mentioned a lot here.
Also, the women will seem hot as the vast majority of them are professionally edited / photo-shopped. Don't be surprised if the lady you meet looks nothing like her website pictures.
Also, just to add, some of them you may be able to find cheaper on Adultwork.
