Do punters ever meet up and discuss our experiance?

I am a newbie to this friendly & helpful community and I wonder if any of you guys meet up and discuss the ladies/personal experiences over a pint or is that a  big no...no?
Given we all have something in common i.e. punting , would it not be a good idea and beneficial to us ?

I've met up with one or two, a brew and natter is great fun face to face. It's rare you can genuinely relax and talk easily and freely.

Have met one, we did a mmf together, as I'd done a couple he asked if I'd be interested in joining him for some D P, met for a drink  ( and punting chat ) to see we'd both be comfortable with each other and had said punt a few weeks later, but it was interesting to meet a face behind the posts.

I've met up a couple of times with other punters to discuss WGs etc.

Once I was the more experienced punter helping a comparative Newby; once I was visiting friends in the south of England and wanted to have my card marked about WGs in that locality.

I hope I was helpful on the first occasion; I know I got a cracking recommendation on the other.

Whilst I agree to a certain extent. My buddies that I do meet up with don't live in the same town, work in the same industry, share the same hobbies or mix in the same circles.

The great thing about it is the only thing we have in common is the enjoyment of rented sex. And that's enough for a right giggle over a coffee.

It progressed on to hiring a meeting room at hotels for a more discreet get together. Unfortunately, interest waned with the girls tending to take a booking in preference.

Too true - though I am fascinated by what drives the older ones amongst us and the thought of having a drink and discussing our respective situations and experiences with my contemporaries intrigues me.  Because of where I live it's improbable that anything would come back to haunt us.

I've had useful encounters over a beer or lunch with a small number of fellow punters in the past. More recently less so though we sometimes exchange emails.
There's one guy I stay in touch with as he is relatively local to me and we have extraordinarily similar tastes in women. There are about half a dozen women locally we have both fucked and plan to still do in future.

In the Bournemouth/Poole area there used to be a local punting site that was fairly active with both escorts and punters. the site owners used to arrange a couple of social do's per year, attended by any of the girls that wanted to go (usually about 5 or 6) and a number (somewhere between 10 and 20) of invited guys (the active and girl recommended ones) and these were good events.

I was fortunate enough to be one of those invited and yes, it was a bit weird to meet other punters at first but soon overcame any shyness. It helped then with any reviews or recommendations made by these guys either on that site or on AW. it was also good to create a bit of a punting network with suggestions of ideas to help each other.   For other reasons, the site unfortunately slowly then "died" and whilst still (i think) technically in existance, noone goes on it this days and it is as good as dead. (hope i am not breaking any UKP rules by refering to another site, if so my aplogies).

one of the other guys then did a smaller version of these social meet ups at his place with a smaller cicle of invited girls and guys and also the opportunity to spend a little private time with a girl if both parties wanted to. so a bit like "a party" but by invitation only, no entrance fee and no naked other guys to worry about (happened  in private). Unfortunately this too have stopped now but they were fun and benificial whilst they lasted.

At LMP bumped into a few regulars, one of whom I'm still in touch with.

When planning my Morocco trip, I arranged it at a time and met up with Nike when he was out there, thereby ensuring I had a great time punting out there.

Only once for me when a punter was kind enough to let me watch him fuck a WG before joining in; something I've wanted to do for ages. About 10 years ago, there used to be similar meetings, perhaps once every couple of months, in one of the bars in Manchester city centre attended by punters, who knew each other from the waiting rooms at some of the local Parlours, and some local WGs, mainly Parlour girls.

Some of the more businesslike WGs booked into a punter-friendly city centre hotel and offered post-meeting Overnights.

I'm not sure if those get-togethers are still happening.

I meet up every now and then with a few punters I met through this hobby, usually for a MMF or group booking. It can be hard to find trustworthy guys who always show up to an arranged booking. Good to have someone to discuss this hobby with and we never talk about our private lives.

I've arranged to socially meet a couple of chaps via forums in the past, one footy and one rock band one. On both occasions they turned out to be total head cases. Has put me right off doing anything similar again.  I always expected punting to be a clandestine and solitary pursuit so I'd never consider striking up some sort of social thing with fellow punters. I actually prefer having it all totally secret and compartmentalised....... Keep punters and escorts at arm's length is my feeling; don't get pally.

Part of the appeal of punting is having a secret undercover life to explore the urges that I could not satisfy otherwise. This forum provides away to communicate with other punters, compare notes and get advice on decent punts etc so there is no need to meet up in person.

This thread seems to support what I had guessed;  that most punters who socialise with other punters attend parties. 

Personally only one person in my real life knows I punt and I really would not tell anyone else. I think only negative things can come from it.
