Hi all,

I sent an email to an SP on AW, it says she's read it but the time/date are in italics, does anyone know what the italics signify?

Deleted after being read.
If it was deleted without reading it'll just say Deleted without a timestamp.
That's how it was years ago when it was introduced, I doubt it's changed since, unless someone can correct me?

Just checked my aw sent items and still seems to work exactly the same
