I wish someone else had taken the time to write this on here before I had to do it - here's a review of my experience in the hope it'll stop some poor bugger doing what I did..

I did the review on my mobile and hit the wrong button, meant to give a negative. Found out soon after you can't re-edit once its been submitted.. That's why I filed a field report when I got to my PC.
