Unless some one is with a W/G, 24/7 they don't truly know what going on.
I'm pretty sure it's a receptionist taking calls and possibly managing her bookings.
This has been the case with some of my bookings.
This once happen on a punt with Laura when I was in the bedroom, and had a call. Asking were I was, its funny replying with,
I'm sitting next to you, and who are you, calling me?
Its not the first time, I've had this happen on punts, with different W/G.
Laura may not be aware that so many are left waiting.
A little off topic and this has been some of my experiences, during punts with different W/G.
IMO, some W/G know that punters are waiting, other times may be not.
In most cases its a chain of events. If a punter is late or a W/G take longer than planned in between booking. It can push things out of sync.
On the other hand, I've had W/G make comments about me being late. When
its not me that's the problem. But the maid, poor comms and timings, that caused an issue.
Once I've pointed this out, by showing the W/G text and call logs. It often cleared up the problem (
like this punt).
But not in all cases, I remember
this punt, were the W/G and maid were clearly working off different pages. The final result was nearly, 3 hours of wasted time

If I do see her again will let her know as its bang out of order.
I already have. I've been left waiting several times at the west London location and gave her that feed back.
But to be blunt, back to back booking seem to be common place with some W/G. And a punter need to chose, walk or stay. This is a good reason to have a plan B or C in place!
