Not sure who's in the wrong here so I won't write a review as the subject says
Booked an appointment quite early in the day, for 2pm

As you can see I've attached an image with the conversation that followed, hidden postcode for obvious reasons
I did call close to the time for a house number then got those messages
Aware shes quite new (2 month account, little feedback) but still 

Anyway, sorry if is this in the wrong section I don't punt often so I'm not sure who is in the wrong here.

My money is on you were bumped for a regular or a longer booking, surely if building work was scheduled by the owner she would know about it
