One of her reviews does comment on the fact that she's very careful about how she gives out her full address.
OP, whilst her reaction might be described as OTT, on the flip side, technically you didn't do as she'd asked.
She clearly has very strict booking protocols, that's her perogotive.
I hear what you are saying but this is a service based industry and the way people interact with others is pretty telling.
He made a mistake, but there was no need for the attitude. All she's done is leave a lasting negative impression in the mind of a potential customer and will make others wary of booking her as well.
Whilst her procedure is "strict", she could have made light of the whole thing and still get her message across but her response if what the OP says is genuine makes her look bad.
Reading all the other reviews, you can also see a pattern of behaviour as well, which again, does not make for good reading.
