I have been looking forward to catching up with Kimmie again, as it's been a couple of years since I've met up with her.
She seemed to not have been working for a week or two, so when I noticed she had been logged in last Friday I made the call to arrange a time. The maid said 5.30 was next available time, so I decided to wait in town for the couple of hours until then.
Parked up on time and made the call to announce my arrival. "Oh, I'll call you back", says the maid. Don't like the sound of that, as I've been hanging around for a while and it's the end of a long working week. I decide to wait it out as she's obviously a popular girl.
I receive a text message 20/25 minutes later : Come back later.
Obviously I'm not over joyed about the situation, fire off a quick message; now I know the "receptionist" from when she was working herself and remind her I've been a customer for a good ten years. Wait five minutes, no response so I reluctantly start the drive home.
I am just pulling onto my drive at home when I receive a message -You can come at 6.40. This wound me right up, I know the timing of the message was an unfortunate coincidence; but had she told me earlier I would probably of waited.
I told her it was too little to late and reminded her once again I was a regular customer who must of spent £000's with her and her organization. The red mist had probably descended when I text I wouldn't be a customer anymore, her response was fine I'll block you're number. This raised the old blood pressure even further and made me determined that I won't visit any of this group again.
Let this be a warning chaps, I wasn't expecting any special treatment just a fair crack of the whip. If they are treating long standing customer's like this always have a plan b in mind.
