Spoke to her on the phone and she confirmed price and services. She had a cheerful and straightforward phone manner so I was quite optimistic about having a good punt.
She texted me her postcode immediately.
A few mins before the booking was due to start I rang up to get the appartment no. and was told,
'I am busy, come again tomorrow'
My first thought was maybe she didn't recognise my voice from earlier so I explained we had verbally agreed a booking, but again she says,
'I am busy, come again tomorrow'
Just to be sure I said 'so you're cancelling the booking then?'

'I am busy, come again tomorrow'
So I gave up and ended the call. Her English is probably a bit limited but she was speaking like she didn't see a problem with any of this
