I booked same day for 1 hour by phone text and signs looked encouraging. Then made a special trip to Bromley only to receive text to say meet off as "the letting agent is visiting". Right. Of course. Why bother to come up with a new excuse when a tired old one will do ?

Exercise caution if travelling any distance.
