frankfurt trip

hi all,looking for some advice regarding an FKK trip at the end of february.

Decided to try frankfurt as theres been some good reviews on the clubs in the area.

now,i have some questions

Ill be travelling from Scotland so either glasgow or edinburgh would be the ideal airport to fly from,but do you know if its cheaper to fly from another UK airport?

Also any recomendations on hotels? nothing to pricey,but no dive either.

Is it worthwhile flying to another airport then train to frankfurt itself?

sorry lots of questions-its my first time going to FKK let alone germany

In terms of flights you can get to Frankfurt only from Edinburgh. Ryanair fly, as you'd expect, to an airport pretty far from the city. It's a long time since I was in Frankfurt and before my punting days, but I remember it being pretty far out. The only other option is Lufthansa to Frankfurt airport. That might be a bit more expensive at this short notice though. It's worth a look I guess.

You might be able to fly to Dusseldorf from Glasgow with Germanwings (Lufthansa's budget brand), but that's even further away from Ryanair's option. There are options in Dusseldorf though...

I was at Artemis in Berlin. It was good! It's a bit overwhelming at first, but you soon adjust.

I'm visiting Frankfurt from the 20th of Feb for a few days and after all the research on Fkk clubs and things I've decided to do Fkk Sharks and Fkk Mainhattan.  Will also look to check out the RLD and a few massage places also. 

Fkk Sharks seems easy to get to from the main station and Fkk Mainhattan is easy also as it's the closest.

I'm staying at the Mercure hotel near the station.  More for convenience than anything else. . I hear it's not the nicest area but the hotel seems nice and I got a good deal.  I think if you want a nicer area there are hotels about 10 mins walk away that would work. Not sure of location though.

Looking at the reviews on ISG and also the practicalities of getting there (as I won't be driving).  Oase seems to have had some bad reviews lately.. Which you always take with a pinch of salt but it was enough for me to choose those 2.

I think I may (if it turns out I really like Fkk clubs) head to Palace or Oase also just to check it out.

Oh, if you do go then make sure you check which days the clubs have lingerie days.  I think I'll be doing Mainhattan on the Wednesday when they have theirs as I'm curious, but otherwise I'm keen on seeing them naked and walking around

My experience is limited, but I did enjoy the lingerie night at Artemis. Some very nice outfits to add to the temptation. Everything's worth a try

Hi, you can catch a direct flight from Aberdeen to Frankfurt with Lufthansa. It lands at the main airport and there is a train station within the airport that will take you right into Frankfurt city centre.

There is an excellent Flemings hotel all but next door to FKK Palace, very handy.

I'm in Aberdeen. I have never found a convenient AND cheap route to Frankfurt from Scotland. Yes Lufthansa fly direct but I've never seen it less for than £250. Either BA through Heathrow or KLM through Schiphol seem to cost about the same. There is a Ryanair route from edin but it lands a long way west of Frankfurt and connects with 90 mins on a bus, at weird times of the day, fuck that.
If anyone in Scotland has tips, please say.

My last trip and next are to dussledorf, as a change and as I can £30 Ryanair flights from edin at midday either way.

FKK sharks is in Darmstadt - when ive visited I stayed in Darmstadt and walked to club. there a bus from Frankfurt airport.

I would avoid FKK Palace like the plague

Oase isn't hard to get to, but a pain to get back from. Its usually a taxi at E50

well bit of an update,managed to get flights from edinburgh to frankfurt international airport for £140 (return).not too bad i think,also got a deal with a not too shabby hotel in city centre

Palace and Mainhatten very easy, Sharks easyish, Oase requires a short 10€ or so taxi ride; it is possible to walk to Oase avoiding the taxi leg but probably not recommended on a first visit. 

World is the most difficult and expensive to get to, with both the train fare and 20+€ taxi ride; as with Oase it is possible to get to World without the taxi ride but again not recommended on a first visit.

Out of the 2 sharks is by far the best also the easier of the 2 to get to. I found sharks to be far more relaxing, plus the choice of girls there was by far more varied than oase.

I shall definitely be returning to sharks in the near future. But before that I'm off to dusseldorf to give there a go.
