Sorry to hear about the crap punt and thanks for the warning.

It's worth doing some research on here - the reviews of Ruby are mixed and the ones of Adelle are dreadful. Ruby cancelled on me at the last minute when I booked her a couple of years ago, though I think I dodged a bullet.

These scammers have no intention of giving you the full 30min and instead you get somewhere between 15-20mins so basically they get an extra £10 for doing nothing really

You end up paying £60 for 20mins of a basic service which has no owo, cim, facial etc - all which are an additional £20
